Over the past few weeks, Michael and I have been out of town a ton, so our apartment was just accumulating dust and my daily routine was SHOT. We also went on a little babymoon to a cabin in upstate NY that was absolutely gorgeous, but now it’s time to get BACK to our standard daily lives! Sometimes, breaking out of the routine for such a long time kills my productivity, so in today’s daily vlog, I am going to be getting back into my daily routine: cleaning, organizing, and reestablishing healthy routines. This morning, I got back into my standard skincare and 3-minute makeup routine. Then I decided to spend the day cleaning, organizing the house, taking a walk around NYC, and getting back into some self-care practices. One thing that we have done to the apartment since I last vlogged is that we installed a brand new faucet in our kitchen sink! When we first moved in, there was a plastic white faucet there. It was broken and also looked super run-down...we told the apartment owners and basically offered to buy and install a brand new one! So now we have this brand new gold faucet that matches well with the accents in the kitchen -- it’s also a TOUCH faucet which is really fun! It’s been a while since I’ve walked you guys through the nursery so in this video I give you a little preview of some of the items we’ve been acquiring. I will be doing a FULL NURSERY TOUR as well as an organization video for the nursery down the line, so stay tuned! I hope you liked coming along with me on a classic day in NYC!
